our story

The aim is to design and manufacture an advanced robotic milking system and develop an easily installed system for any parlour (plug and play). Milk more cows with one individual 6 axis robot. Cheaper milking per cow, reflecting 30% more cost-effective than competitors on 4 cell systems with highly trained AI integrated with the robot to ensure better attachments and monitor animal health.
Current robots are working very well. We have however created a reliable solution utilising the latest technological advances. We also believe through the flexibility of our design, the next generation of our product will have the ability to be retrofitted onto existing rotary parlours.

Dairy Robotics have designed and manufactured an advanced robotic milking system and easily installed to any parlour (plug and play). Milk more cows with one individual 6 axis robot. Cheaper milking per cow, reflecting up to 30% more cost effective than competitors with the latest artificial intelligence and state of the art algorithms integrated within the robot to ensure better animal health. We have created a more reliable solution utilising the latest technological advances.

It is more efficient as the robot is capable of milking more cows per machine. Also, the milking system is designed with the aim to be more plug and play than competitors.

We are using an industrial 6 axis robot with integrated magnetic gripper. This will be guided using a robust IP67 rated stereovision camera.

The feed will be dispensed automatically according to the cow’s milk production. Higher yielding cows get more food.

The Dairy Robotics milking system is using stainless steel body and it has one of the highest attachment rates of the cups with the help of the Machine Learning.
